Do I pay per case?

No. Every plan includes unlimited cases, unlimited client portals, and unlimited document uploads. We charge per attorney seat only.

Are AI reminders an extra cost?

No. AI-personalized reminders are included in every plan. We absorb the LLM API costs.

How does the free trial work?

14 days, full feature access, no credit card. After 14 days you choose a plan — or your account pauses (data preserved for 90 days).

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes. Month-to-month or annual. Annual customers get ~20% off and a price lock.

Do you offer a non-profit / pro bono discount?

Yes — 50% off all tiers for verified legal aid organizations and pro bono programs. Email us.
